Auberge Resorts Collection has expanded its presence in the Northeast with the opening of Wildflower Farms, Auberge Resorts Collection in New York’s Hudson Valley.

The property’s 65 guestrooms include a mix of cabins, cottages and suites. Accommodations draw inspiration from what Auberge describes as a “contemporary cabin aesthetic,” featuring wood-wrapped interiors; wall-to-wall, glass sliding doors; and private terraces with daybeds and outdoor dining tables.

Among Wildflower Farms’ most expansive lodging options are its five Ridge Suites, which feature a main terrace, lounge and dining areas and a central fireplace, as well as a bedroom that opens to a private terrace with a cedar hot tub and outdoor shower.

Food and beverage options

The property’s F&B programming is anchored by Clay, serving new American cuisine and open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Also on offer is the Green Room bar and The Great Porch, an open-air space that serves coffee and pastries during morning hours and transitions into a cocktail and late-night venue later in the day.

Additionally, Wildflower Farms’ outdoor pool is home to Dew Bar, a seasonal dining concept open from May through September.

Guests have access to a 9,000-square-foot wellness facility called Thistle, an Auberge Spa, which features six treatment rooms, outdoor hot tubs and an indoor saltwater pool. Other wellness-related highlights include a 3,500-square-foot, open-air fitness center, a studio offering daily classes and three miles of hiking trails.

Autumn rates at Wildflower Farms start at $1,000 per night, plus taxes and fees.

Along with its new Hudson Valley outpost, Auberge Resorts Collection’s Northeast portfolio includes the Mayflower Inn & Spa in Connecticut, The Vanderbilt in Rhode Island and the White Barn Inn in Maine.
