According to Niraj Masand, founder of Artha Realty, prices of a four-bedroom villa in Arabian Ranches 1 (Mirador) vary between Dh6.35 million and Dh7.1 million.

The price of a three-bedroom villa in Saheel vary between Dh5.1 million and Dh5.5 million.

In Arabian Ranches 2 (Lila) price of a three-bedroom villa varies between Dh3.5 million and Dh3.7 million. Price of a four-bedroom villa in Azalea of Arabian Ranches 2 vary between Dh4.2 million and Dh4.6 million.

More affordable options are available in Arabian Ranches 3 which is in off-plan vary between Dh 2.02 million and Dh2.3 million at the Sun community in Arabian Ranches 3.

According to Masand, rents at Arabian Ranches 1 and 2 have also gone up, reflecting a trend in other communities in Dubai.

A three-bedroom property in Arabian Ranches 1, Al Reem 1 is asking a rent between Dh230,000 per annum and Dh250,000 per annum.

In Saheel, a three-bedroom unit is asking between Dh300,000 per annum and Dh350,000 per annum. The four-bedroom villa costs Dh325,000 per annum and Dh375,000 per annum.
