Craig Bond joins Pan Pacific Hotels Group as Senior VP, ahead of key openings, bringing vast global hospitality experience to PPHG.

SINGAPORE – Pan Pacific Hotels Group (PPHG) announced the appointment of Craig Bond as Senior Vice President Head of Operations. Mr Bond comes into the post ahead of several key openings for PPHG, including PARKROYAL Serviced Suites Jakarta, PARKROYAL A’Famosa Melaka Resort, and Pan Pacific Jakarta in H1 2024.

In his new role, Bond will focus on driving operational excellence across by establishing strategic routes to meet commercial and organizational objectives. Craig’s global experience has cemented his deep understanding of cultural nuances, enabling him to drive consistent excellence across the guest journey.

Earlier in his career, the distinguished hotelier held positions across the likes of Pan Pacific Hotels Group, Mirvac Hotels and Resorts, and Radisson Hotels and Resorts. On returning to the PPHG family, Mr Bond said, “I have been impressed to watch the evolution of PPHG unfold over the past few years and I am thrilled to be back in the fold. My new position will enable me to work closely with the teams to cement our positioning as we continue expanding throughout 2024 and beyond.”

Prior to rejoining PPHG, Mr Bond was Managing Director of La Vie Hotels & Resorts, where he spearheaded growth and operations across Australia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Maldives, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Ukraine and Vietnam. He was previously Executive Vice President – COO at ONYX Hospitality Group, where he led strategic planning and execution of business strategies and operational processes across the portfolio.
