Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed attends celebration marking 48th anniversary of armed forces unification

Dubai: Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai, attended a celebration held to mark the 48th anniversary of the unification of the armed forces.

The event, held in the Abu Mureikha area in Abu Dhabi, was also attended by Sheikh Mansoor bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Ports and Borders Security Council, and Sheikh Sultan bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Adviser to the UAE President and Chairman of the UAE Camel Racing Federation. The celebration featured included various activities and performances commemorating the historic decision to unify the armed forces on 6 May, 1976.
